Jollyanum relaxes vascular and carvernosal smooth muscles thus providing evidence of its mechanism of action in the management of ED.

      Hello Innocent, Depends on how chronic and extensive. It has prostate benefits but only compliment the the drugs used by diabetic and prostate patients. It doesn't replace them. Thank you
